Sales Terms

All prices listed on this website are denoted in US Dollars. The website management reserves the right to modify product prices and shipping rates without prior notice. The applicable price for an order is the one displayed upon completion of the ordering process, including credit card details submission. Should prices change before the completion of an order, the customer will be charged the updated prices. For digital products, and personalized items, all sales are considered final. Specific sales terms apply to online courses and will be outlined on the respective sales page. Special orders are considered final and non-refundable, with no options for cancellation or return. If you find the quality of our products or services unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We will endeavor to assist you within the parameters of our policies. 

ISC reserves the right to decline service to any individual for any reason at any given time. You agree to furnish current, accurate, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and other details, including email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to facilitate transactions and enable us to contact you as necessary.

Despite our diligent efforts, we cannot be held liable for typographical errors. If a product is erroneously listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing or product details received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. This refusal or cancellation may occur regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

ISC offers a variety of  information, video lessons, texts, pictures, files, and other information on this and related sites, as well as in courses provided through this site (the “Materials”). ISC grants each User the permission to view the content and download copies of certain Materials (such as PDFs and worksheets) for personal use only. Users may download and utilize the materials available for download provided they make no alterations to the Materials and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices included in the original Materials on any copies made. Users are prohibited from modifying the Materials on this Site in any manner or reproducing, sharing, or distributing them. Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of all Materials and are prohibited from selling, auctioning, loaning, renting, giving away, describing, summarizing, or otherwise disclosing the Materials or their contents to any other individual or entity. Payment Terms

To access the courses, you agree to pay the specified fees. You have the option to make a single payment at the displayed course price (due immediately). Under the drip content program, if applicable, new course sections will be unlocked. Once all sections are available, you’ll have lifetime access to the entire course. You cannot cancel or avoid payments except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Online Course Return Policy

We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase, and we encourage you to fully engage with the course content. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page, here is our return policy for online courses:

You may request a refund for an online course within 30 days from the class start date (May 6th 2024) if either the course has not been accessed or if fewer than 20% of the course lessons have been accessed/viewed. If you are unsatisfied for any reason during this time, please contact us via email at [email protected] before proceeding to the next lesson of the course, and we will issue a refund.

Please be aware: Once you click on a lesson name and the lesson is loaded, it will be counted as viewed. Interaction with the content is not necessary for it to contribute to the viewed percentage. For instance, if you clicked to access a specific video lesson but did not play the video, that lesson would still count towards your viewed percentage.
